Made to order

Every piece is cut and sewn in our atelier in Doha after you order it. Production takes 15–20 working days from the day your order and measurements are confirmed. Working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays in Qatar. We write to you when cutting begins, and again when your piece is ready.

Delivery

• Qatar — QAR 50, delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Complimentary on orders over QAR 2,000.
• International — rate calculated at checkout; 5–10 working days depending on destination.

Delivery time is counted after production, not from the day you order.

Where we ship

Qatar and selected international destinations. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are being added shortly — write to us if you would like your piece sent there in the meantime.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Addresses

Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. We cannot change a destination once a parcel has been dispatched, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address will be re-sent at the customer's cost.
